Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AI Director ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AI Director is an API gateway service that routes requests to various AI model providers, provides automatic failover, response caching, and JSON extraction capabilities.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and API keys.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Attempt to bypass rate limits or abuse the Service
  • Transmit malware, spam, or harmful content
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
  • Resell access to the Service without authorization
  • Generate content that violates AI provider terms

5. API Keys and BYOK

If you provide your own API keys (Bring Your Own Key), you are responsible for compliance with the respective AI provider's terms of service. We are not responsible for any charges incurred on your accounts with third-party providers.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time.

7. Pricing and Payment

Usage is billed according to our published pricing. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. Unpaid accounts may be suspended. All fees are non-refundable.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AI DIRECTOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AI Director from any claims arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
